KEEP IT FRESH 2 DEF!
Ali Ve Originals (pronounced ah-lee-vay) uses unique graphics and original catchphrases to deliver messages. We are inspired by the balance of life and portray such through our creative outlets.

From the owner, S. Ali Myers:
The name Ali Ve can be flipped many ways. As someone who believes that Muhammad Ali was and is the greatest athlete of all time and a man of HIS own convictions (coincidentally my grandmother gave me his last name as my middle name!) I feel like that name represents “no protocol” and doing what you feel like is right and exact while being the greatest in your field. Add the letters, Ve, and it makes Alive and to me, doing what you want to do no matter what someone else thinks is being ALIVE. Also, Ali Ve has a lot of me in it – my beliefs and philosophies. But Ali Ve, in the literal sense, means being alive doing what you feel is best while also making a statement.
The vision for Ali Ve Originals is that the brand is respected by my peers, consumers and clientele. I feel like you don’t have to like something or someone but respect is earned and goes a long way in this life. A lot of people believe Money, Power and Respect will make you happy in this world. I believe Money and Power could not stand alone without Respect. There’s always going to be people in this world that love you when your on top or befriend you when you have a bunch of money – But without mutual respect no connection can be eternal. As long as the brand is genuinely respected, Ali Ve Originals will always be alive!
WE DO NOT:
-Follow protocols
-Follow followers
-Comply to Uniformity

A79 is excited to announce our official brand launch. With an emphasis on simple and bold designs, A79 strives to become a mainstay in the wardrobe of the fashionably conscious.
A79…a derivative of the periodic symbol for gold-Au79, began as a small startup brand catering to the action sports crowd in Western Europe. A79 is now a collaboration of like-minded creativeʼs in the US and Japan, based out of Venice California. Our ethos is simple: good designs, good living.
“Design with simplicity. This is our philosophy…blend simple, clean graphics with organic, handdrawn shapes. Bright, striking colors juxtaposed with earth tones. Take a design and reduce it down to the concept and then build on it. A good design must be supported by a strong foundation.”
Beyond the special occasions and main events, there is an everyday part of life. We work, we play, and then we work some more. The use of the idea of gold-A79, is to reflect the value of this. A79 celebrates everyday living with a style, design, and quality that expresses a life lived well.

You know that you’re pressing all the right fashion buttons when your label’s first collection immediately sells out and a second is stocked by established New Zealand designer WORLD.

Such is the case for new Kiwi clothing label Crowded Elevator, who despite being only a years old is a huge hit in the land of the long white cloud and about to break into the Australian market.
Such rapid growth shows that we are filling a gap in the market for high quality locally-made product with international flair, says Company Director Carl Thompson.
Launched in June 2007, the label’s sold out inaugural summer collection featured 11 eclectic internationally styled tees for men with catchy slogans in retro fonts and kitsch animal graphics in neon bright colours.
We did a lot of research internationally and focussed on emerging trends from Sydney, New York and London to come up with a range of cutting edge nu-rave streetwear, says Thompson.
A lot of people do prints on tees, but I like to think Crowded Elevator clothing is more than just printed tees it¹s artwork that is designed to be worn.
November 2007 saw the release of the limited edition Creative Collection Vol1, Kiwi-influenced prints designed by some of New Zealand’s hottest artists and sold through the country’s leading fashion stores.
The Creative Collection allowed us to showcase some of the country¹s hidden talent, says Thompson. We can’t wait to make it an annual event, and that’s likely with the invaluable support WORLD provided right from the start.
For winter 08 the label expanded into hoodies and a selection of women’s tees - but with the rate the label is growing, dedicated followers of fashion should get on this ride at the ground floor.
The Berlin based organic T-Shirt Label 500GODZ was established in the summer of 2007. Since April 2008 the strictly limited and completely sustainable, sweatshop free T-Shirt collections are distributed worldwide.

For the first collection the label got the British Street Artist AME72 on board. Other Street Art figures and Illustrators will follow with their collections.
500GODZ are pursuing a philosophy that balances a provocative and social crititical superstructure with most stringently practiced ecological awareness.
All 500GODZ T’s are made and organically dyed in Turkey out of 100% certified organically grown cotton and are printed in the UK by taking advantage of a chemical free printing technique.
In addition the cotton quality used in 500GODZ T’s is certified by the Soil Association, which is the UK’s leading organic organization and also by GOTS the Global Organic Textile Standard. All 500GODZ manufacturers are members in the Fear Wear Foundation. This Dutch based foundation aims to promote humane labour conditions in the garment industry.
This way 500GODZ are able combine both provocative social critical Street Art and environmental awareness hitting the nerve of an urban scene that is ready to make a change. Social Awareness is here not just another half hearted marketing attempt but the labels philosophy and is backed up by every possible certificate.
Moreover each t-shirt design is limited to a maximum number of 500 Shirts (usually 300 – 400), a handwritten serial number is written on the label tag of each shirt and the sales can be traced via an online map which shows to which country a design has been sold making every design a unique piece of art.

Created in December 2006, Descolex brings notes, reports, articles and videos about fashion and its influence on Brazilian urban culture. The Blog also, talks about music, street art, fine art, graffiti, sneaker culture, toys, film, photography, design, books, and magazines. We cover things that amaze us, from big (traditional) Brazilian brands to obscure and new labels.

Due to its informal and pleasant texts, Descolex achieved in only a few months time – and without any PR efforts – the impressive mark of one thousand accesses per day. Because of this success, it became a reference for Brazilian and international streetwear fans, with an exponentially growing audience. The site was also invited, in January 2007, to be a part of the first official blog coverage of São Paulo Fashion Week, the largest and most important fashion event in Latin America.
This project rendered the blog various citations in specialized news vehicles. At the end of 2007, Descolex was nominated for the “best national fashion blog” prize, granted by Chic, one of the foremost Brazilian fashion websites. The blog is witten in São Paulo by Glauco Sabino, fashion producer and journalist, who started his career when 16 years old. His portfolio contains works for Vogue Magazine, Folha de S. Paulo newspaper, and as well as other media vehicles.

Jiberish has stayed exclusive to the principal of building an organic entity. What gives our solid foundation is that our deepest roots reach out to our athletes and artists. We give our trust and our confidence to their visions.

As we grow so do our retail relationships which include both boutiques and online distributors who value the same aesthetic ideals and creative outlook that we do. We represent no specific group, cater to no limited demographic, disregard all association with any pompous factions and bring high quality clothing to anyone who shows interest in capitalizing on the day to day opportunity wearing art in place, of what would otherwise be, insipid garb.
Three years in development, patter creation, marking, and trimming has allowed a cut and sew fit that matches our ideas about how comfortable and functional fabric wares should be constructed. We fuse the fruitful offerings of our production staff with the hard work of a constantly evolving network of graphic designers to produce a piece of wearable artwork that will not only deflect the elements but inspire retinal stimulation for countless fortunate rural, suburban, and urban passerbys.
