2k by Gingham originated from Japan in the early 90s when many museum and popular art design t-shirts, began to be displayed in fashion boutiques in Japan. 2K started to research such kind of shirts and began to work with new artists to develop their own style.
The design is based on searching for the latest designs, graphics, and logos from all over the world and using this as a foundation for their own line. Besides that several artists collaborate on designs with 2k. Rather than relying on mass marketing 2k sticks to the core of what they are doing and focuses on creating extraordinary artwork on high quality shirts.
ANONYMOUS APPAREL was formed in 2005. We produce a range of clothing, accessories, and artwork targeting young urban market with contemporary edge.
Who’s behind the scenes? Well, they’re anonymous – and want to keep it that way. The important thing to know is that we’re passionate about our products. People Like Us is a collective of young international artists and designers who wear their art on tees.
Limited edition tees are promoted exclusively on the PLU website, boutique retail stores and via a refreshingly unique newsletter that displays a humanity and witty charm rarely found in the fashion world.
‘White’ is the newest range in the PLU arsenal. Using a brand new digital printing process, tees can (and will) be printed in millions of colours, gradients and show the finest of details. Only 100 of each design are to be printed!
UnderTheHat Clothing is the deformed child of Kev Munday. He was born at the beginning of 2004 wearing nothing but 20 t-shirts and has since grown up to be one of the cutest chaps in the land, with new clothing coming out all the time in small runs.
